Stress VS Anxiety
Difference Between Stress and Anxiety
Stress and anxiety are often used interchangeably, but they are not the same. Stress is a response to an external trigger, like deadlines or conflicts, and usually goes away once the situation is resolved. It can be positive (motivating) or negative (overwhelming). Anxiety, on the other hand, is an internal feeling of fear or worry that may persist even without a clear cause. It can affect daily life and may require medical attention if chronic. While both impact mental health, understanding the difference helps in managing them effectively through relaxation, lifestyle changes, or professional support.
